Being at work doesn’t mean you always have to be doing work! Unwind in our on-site gym which comprises high-quality fitness equipment, weights room, showers and changing facilities. Take time out during your lunch break in Kin +Ilk, our on-site café, which serves a variety of freshly prepared meals and snacks.
Take advantage when the weather is nice by taking a seat in our open courtyard or top floor sundeck. Or, if the British weather is – well, typically British - we have several communal seating areas throughout.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: With Wales currently in lockdown, we are following guidance on social distancing rules and so, for the time being, we have closed some of our communal spaces e.g. the gym, until it is safe to reopen.
We have taken further measures to help tenants adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout the building by setting up one way systems through corridors, limiting bathroom use to every other cubicle/urinal and limiting seating to one person per table and lift use to one person at a time, in addition to regular sterile cleaning and installing hand sanitiser dispensers around the building.
