    Yes, we have free parking on site for all Space2B Members and Visitors. Our car park can be accessed 24/7.

    Pets are not allowed on site.
  • Where can I smoke or vape?
    We have dedicated smoking areas, located in the bottom of House 1 and House 3 car parks.
  • What time does KIN+ILK open?
    KIN+ILK is open from 7AM.
  • Is KIN+ILK open to the public?
    Our KIN+ILK is exclusive to Members only and their Visitors.

  • What’s the difference between your Serviced / Self-Managed Office Spaces?
    Serviced: rates, cleaning & refreshments included. Self-Managed: office rental only.
  • How much is your Co-Working Space?
    Our Co-Working Space is available from £10 per day.
  • Do the gym facilities come with Co-Working membership?
    Our FREE on-site gym is only available to our office members.
  • What do I do with my rubbish?
    Our on-site Night Team will empty your bins every evening. If you have larger items/recycling, please leave them outside your office at the end of the day and our team will take them away.
  • How do I pay for my Office Space?
    Monthly Bank Transfer You will be invoiced every month
  • How much is an entry-level Serviced Office Space?
    £450 + VAT per month.
  • Do I have to sign a contract and if so, how long for?
    All of our agreements are monthly rolling, with no deposit.
  • What is the quiet room?
    We have a range of quiet spaces for you to use for praying, meditating, or taking a spare moment to yourself.
  • Where is Space2B at The Maltings located?

  • How many Meeting Rooms do you have on-site?
    Space2B are proud to offer 7 different size Meeting Rooms in Cardiff.
  • What is the biggest Meeting Room you have available to hire?
    We currently have a 36-person Meeting Room available to hire.
  • How much does it cost to hire a Meeting Room in Cardiff?
    From £10 per hour, depending on size/location. Members get 20% off all Meeting Room hire.
  • What is the minimum hire period for a Meeting Room?
    The minimum hire period is 1HR. These can be booked by the hour, half day & full day.
  • How do I get the Shuttle Bus into Cardiff City Centre?
    The Shuttle is booked on a weekly basis. Please email reception to add your name to the list. First-come, first-serve basis.
  • What are the times of the Shuttle Bus?
    8.15AM - 8.45AM - 12PM - 5PM.
  • How much Office Space do I need? or What size of Office will I need?
    Our workspace professionals will advise you on the different sizes of Office Spaces that are available to rent at Space2B at The Maltings. They shall explain the various possibilities to you. The size you decide on will depend on the number of people using the Office and the setup you would like.
  • Do you offer short-term rentals?
    We understand that small businesses often don't want to commit to the long haul when renting an office. Our agreements can be as short as a few weeks or as long as a few months. Furthermore, we offer different membership plans that enable you to pay for only what you need.
  • Can we personalise our workspace?
    Yes, we offer you the opportunity to create an office space that reflects your business. You can customise your office by adding your logos and colour scheme, choosing the layout, and supplying your own furniture. This will enable you to craft a more personalised environment.
