We have a range of quiet spaces for you to use for praying, meditating, or taking a spare moment to yourself.

All of our floors and meeting rooms are fully accessible via lifts and ramps, with accessible toilets conveniently located on every level of the building. We also have three dedicated disabled parking spaces available on site. If you require one, we’re happy to allocate a space for you ahead of your visit - just let us know in advance.

Space2B are proud to offer 7 different size Meeting Rooms in Cardiff.

We currently have a 70-person Meeting Room available to hire.

• From £10 per hour, depending on size/location.

• Members get 20% off all Meeting Room hire.

• The minimum hire period is 1HR.

• These can be booked by the hour, half day & full day.

• The Shuttle is booked on a weekly basis.

• Please email reception to add your name to the list.

• First-come, first-serve basis.

Our workspace professionals will advise you on the different sizes of Office Spaces that are available to rent at Space2B at The Maltings. They shall explain the various possibilities to you. The size you decide on will depend on the number of people using the Office and the setup you would like.

We understand that small businesses often don't want to commit to the long haul when renting an office. Our agreements can be as short as a few weeks or as long as a few months. Furthermore, we offer different membership plans that enable you to pay for only what you need.

Yes, we offer you the opportunity to create an office space that reflects your business. You can customise your office by adding your logos and colour scheme, choosing the layout, and supplying your own furniture. This will enable you to craft a more personalised environment.
